Following receipt of your order, should you decide that you no longer want the item and wish to return it please email us at email@example.com to let us know.
The item must be returned to us undamaged in original package within 14 calendar days of receipt.
Once we receive the item back we will then process a refund for the item returned. However the cost of the initial postage cannot be refunded as we will have already paid this in good faith to send the items to you.
Should you be returning an item because it is faulty we would again ask you to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org first and we can then arrange the return and return costs with you.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
